Our legal team are extremely collaborative and are heavily integrated into all areas of the business.
Legal, Compliance and Governance work closely with stakeholders across teams in both corporate functions and the operational side of Tarmac. The team cover a wide variety of law across four sub-teams including but not limited to:
- Commercial – mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, major projects, intellectual property, disputes
- Compliance
- Property
- Company secretariat
In a fast-paced team which works both strategically and proactively as well as reactively where needed, you’ll experience a very diverse working environment with an ongoing range of activities to tackle
