Whether you’re working in an operational role or one of our corporate function teams, we have the resources to support your development in acquiring new knowledge, skills, or behaviors through a professional qualification. Our programmes are suitable for people of any age, with our hands-on method of teaching enabling people to learn and practice the knowledge and skills obtained during their training.

We can help you make a career transition seamless – if you want to join us and the manufacturing industry from a completely unrelated career, then we have schemes for you. We provide a wide range of learning and development programmes at different levels across the whole of our business which help you catch up and develop your transferable skills.

National skills and safety park

We’ve combined our non-negotiable approach to implementing the highest safety standards possible at work with our desire to provide the highest quality of training to our colleagues. The national skills and safety park gives new recruits the chance to learn how we operate in a safe, yet realistic working environment, as well as giving longer-term employees the chance to acquire new skills and qualifications. We even have the ability and resources to deliver apprenticeships.
