Land and Natural Resources’ mission is to ensure the land we own is managed responsibly, sustainably restored and maintained for the benefit of our business, biodiversity and the communities in which we operate.
You'll play a key role in the future sustainability of our business – it's a great opportunity to make a difference!
Not many people know that Tarmac is one of the UK’s largest land and mineral owners, with a controlling interest in 110,000 acres of land and significant mineral reserves across the UK. We have a diverse real estate portfolio including minerals, industrial and operational sites, as well as strategic greenfield land held for future operations.
We consider the life cycle of each asset from its identification, acquisition, operation, restoration and redevelopment/disposal, and do this within three Charters:
- Strategic Planning
- Asset Management
- Land Development
At each stage of the process L&NR is focused on the objective that each real estate asset should be delivering optimal value at all times.
