The National Commercial Major Projects and Key National Customers team is an exciting and diverse team which holds key relationships across all of the business and our customer base.
The team are responsible for the day to management of key national accounts who are our largest customers. Our aim is to build long-lasting relationships which positions Tarmac as the supplier of choice for the Tier 1 construction companies of the UK. Another key focus is National Major Projects, these are projects which are significant to the UK infrastructure such as HS2. Our team is vital in ensuring that these projects are managed thoroughly through a ‘major projects process’ which involves, identification of projects, internal stakeholder management, external engagement with prospective bidders right through to commercial negotiations and operations handover.
