The heartbeat of our business is the production and delivery of sustainable construction solutions. The laying and resurfacing of roads and the supply of building materials. We’re very proud of this and our track record throughout history speaks for itself. We offer such a diverse mix of roles in our business, from engineers, quantity surveyors and product managers, to warehouse operatives, quarry managers and product quality leads. Our operational teams are the foundations of our business.
One of the most common things new colleagues say once they’ve joined us is ‘I had no idea about the variety of work you do’, and they’re usually referring to the jobs and teams beyond operations. We’ve got restoration managers who help us develop sustainable wildlife areas for exhausted quarry sites? We’ve got finance professionals who are embedded in our business, advising on strategy, performance and long-term planning. We’ve got communications and marketing professionals who work with the media, develop product sales strategies, social media content and design websites.
