We hope that you’re all keeping well and looking forward to joining our 2024 Early Careers Programmes very shortly.
Locations and teams are hugely excited about you joining teams up and down the country, and we’ve a great mix of new joiners in 2024.
A number of you have got in touch with regards to college enrolment, so we have added some further guidance for you.
College Enrolment - All details have been provided to learning providers. With it being a traditional summer vacation period for colleges and universities, this means that the enrolment dates will vary. If you’ve not yet been contacted by your provider, please don’t worry. We’ve been through every single joiners details, and a number of providers have come back to us to say that enrolment will be late August and early September.
Do keep up to date with email traffic over the next couple of weeks and also, you might want to check spam settings too, just in case learning provider email, finds it’s way into there.

Day 1 Arrangements
You should now be aware of where you need to be on day 1, at what time, and who you’ll meet on the day. If you’ve any queries at all, The Empowered Talent Team have blocked out between 12pm and 2pm on Wednesday 28th August, so you discuss any queries you might have.

Our HR Services Team have provided you with your Terms and Conditions, along with other new starter documents. The Empowered Talent Team will be working with HR Services colleagues to ensure everyone has returned forms which are required ahead of day 1.
Please do check to ensure you’ve returned Terms and conditions and if not, do make it a priority. We want to ensure all documents are returned as soon as possible.
