What are we looking for?

What will I be responsible for?
The successful General Operative will be responsible for being part of a team in the production of asphalt and dry materials from the quarry. This role is an all rounder and you would be expected to be trained in operating the weighbridge, operating mobile plant, carry our general housekeeping/cleaning duties and any other associated general duties within the site.
All site teams are expected to take responsibility for their own safety and looking out for their colleagues, ensuring product quality, being fully engaged in continuous improvement and raising the site standards.
No prior experience is required although experience within the industry and/or machine operations background would be advantageous.
