We are currently looking for a Customer Services Manager to join our team in Stancombe, Flax Bourton, Bristol, at Tarmac. We’re working hard to create a dynamic and inclusive environment and it’s important that our people come from a variety of different backgrounds.

Reporting directly to the Area Director, you will: • Be responsible for leading teams focused on delivering sales and distribution support for key customers to maximise opportunities for Tarmac profit share.

• Have responsibility be to engage regularly with key stakeholders across the Material & Tarmac business. Through effective communication you will build bespoke strategy documents in each area to provide a joined up approach to servicing customers.

• Be an ambassador for the Tarmac Way, empowering, developing and resourcing the Customer Service team to provide first class customer service. Resourcing, coaching and coordinating the Customer Service team to deal with customer transactions quickly and efficiently in line with set SLAs & KPIs.
