We are currently looking for a Strategic Planning Manager/Surveyor to join our team in Tarmac's North and Scotland Region. We’re working hard to create a dynamic and inclusive environment and it’s important that our people come from a variety of different backgrounds.
This is a varied, complex and rewarding position that requires someone who has strong communication and management skills supported by knowledge and expertise.Your experience would ideally be focused already in the minerals field but we would welcome applications from ambitious professionals with transferable skills in wider Property, Planning and Environmental fields.
Reporting directly to Head of Strategic Planning & Geology North & Scotland, you will help to plan, deliver and maintain the Company's future industrial land and mineral resources. Key tasks will involve planning and budgeting, negotiation leases and purchases with landowners,management of Planning/EIA projects, stakeholder engagement and ongoing maintenance of all Planning aspects.
