We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Highways team on an exciting new project worth £85m in St Austell in Cornwall. We’re working hard to create a dynamic and inclusive environment and it’s important that our people come from a variety of different backgrounds. However, this is a varied, complex and rewarding position that requires previous experience of delivering a high – value highways project. You will need to be able to demonstrate excellent influencing skills, the ability to plan and meet deadlines whilst showing an adaptability and flexibility to meet challenges along the way and excellent problem-solving skills too.
Reporting directly to the Regional Director, you will be responsible for ensuring that the project is delivered on time and to budget in a safe and responsible way. This will involve extensive liaison with the client, contractors and other key stakeholders as well as leading the team to meet your high standards.
