We are currently looking for a HSE Systems Administrator to join our team in Solihull at Tarmac. We’re working hard to create a dynamic and inclusive environment and it’s important that our people come from a variety of different backgrounds.
This is a varied, complex and rewarding position that requires a good communicator who is able to build rapport and interact with others effectively ensuring that you are customer focussed at all times, with the drive and motivation to achieve and surpass your objectives. An anchor role working as part of the HSE team collating and preparing data reports and other key performance indicator metrics. Providing support to the wider HSE team and be the gatekeeper for assurance ensuring accuracy and integrity of Tarmac processes.
Reporting directly to HSE Assurance & Governance Manager, you will be involved with the management of relevant historical data, preparing core monthly Tarmac and CRH reports and update and maintain the HSE Management Systems (ISO14001 OHSAS18001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001). Also key will be central data collection and validation, preparing and proof-reading HSE documents (Briefing Notes, Alerts,etc and procuring and distributing HS&E related literature and supplies.
The role will be a focal point for cross business support and troubleshooting and involve administration of the output associated with the HSE reviews and audits, development of timely, accurate and well reviewed communications, liaison with external bodies for the reporting of statistics, administration of Sharepoint, IMS, SOL / Intelex systems and any other ad hoc duties as required.
