We are currently looking for a resourcing advisor to join our newly created resourcing hub at Tarmac. We’re working hard to create a dynamic and inclusive environment and it’s important that our people come from a variety of different backgrounds.

 

This is a varied, complex and rewarding position that requires an established recruitment professional to engage, build and develop relationships with candidates, hiring managers and other internal and external stakeholders.

 

Reporting directly to the resourcing manager you will arrange briefing-calls with hiring managers, post vacancies on job boards, direct source candidates, monitor applications and review CV’s, arrange interviews, respond to applicants and update hiring managers and HR Operations on progress.

 

To be successful in the role you will have proven volume recruitment experience and be able to manage the whole recruitment life cycle. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, plus an ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
