What are we looking for?

The role holder will be responsible for the supervision, inspection and execution of the Electrical Maintenance at the Cement plant. As a key member of the Maintenance Team, you will be instrumental in the future development and reliability programme at the site. In order to inspect and execute, liaison with the planning department will be required. You will also be responsible for the management of statutory inspections and service contracts. You will be expected to carry out some development work and improvement projects including safety and environmental issues and assist with the ongoing training and development of electrical craft personnel. This role is ideally suited to an existing Engineer or an experienced craftsman wishing to advance within the company and contribute towards our drive for world class performance.

Plant operations are 365 days, 24/7 and the role requires flexibility to ensure effective running of the plant. This may involve night working, weekend and Bank holidays and being on call if necessary.
