Location: Colchester, Essex, CO3 0NN
Hours: 08:00 – 17:00, Monday – Friday with occasional Saturday work.

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our friendly team based in our Colchester Office. We are working hard to create a dynamic and inclusive environment and it’s important that our people come from a variety of different backgrounds, therefore prior technical experience isn’t always necessary for success.
As the Customer Service Coordinator, you will maintain, build and develop relationships with existing and new customers opportunities in order to process customer orders and maximise revenue growth for our services to ensure that Tarmac is the partner of choice.
The ideal candidate should be able to evidence previous customer service experience and knowledge gained within customer service, call centre or similar environment. As well as be enthusiastic, self-motivated, organised individual who has an outgoing, approachable personality.
The Customer Service Coordinator will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to details and be able to develop effective relationships at all levels.
