What are we looking for?
An enthusiastic and experienced systems analyst to join our Operations system team. Ideally you will have experience in a variety of operational systems and or SAP (or equivalent) role within an IT organisation.
You would:

Ensure effective delivery of relevant application services by leveraging specialist knowledge.
Translates business requirements into functional specifications and effective, efficient and compliant business solutions.  
Works on business change projects but also delivers smaller change packages via the enhancement process.  
Possesses sound business process knowledge.
Possesses an understanding of GDPR, SOx and GISP
Provides expert second-line support to IT users in line with agreed SLAs
Investigates incidents and identifies and mobilises resources required to aid resolution, escalates SLA breaches

What will I be responsible for?
You will be responsible for day-to-day business as usual activities within the department, as well as acting within and supporting project teams.
