HR Advisor (national role)

As an HR Advisor you will be joining a supportive HR team, delivering a full service HR offering to c.400 employees across a national network of operational sites.

You will be an HR generalist who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and using your excellent communication skills you'll build collaborative relationships with managers to coach and advise on employee relations issues, recruitment, performance management and talent development. There's also plenty of opportunity to get involved in ad-hoc HR projects across the business that will serve to increase your skills and knowledge.

Reporting to the HR Manager, you’ll have the autonomy to manage your own workload and delivery of your results.

To be considered for this opportunity you'll need to be able to demonstrate:

  • Current knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice 
  • Confidence working at all levels with a pro-active approach to foster and influence key stakeholder relationships 
  • Good attention to detail.
