What are we looking for? 

You will have a back ground in Project Management and knowledge of lean and continuous improvement. Naturally you will have a logical and pragmatic approach to problem solving and be a very well organised individual, able to multi task with a pragmatic approach to problem solving.  You will have a proven track record of building strong and credible relationships within business. 

As our Transactional Process Team Leader, you will take ownership for purchasing end to end process and service delivery having daily interactions with the different Business Units within Tarmac to address issues and concerns.  Leading on the building of the Business Units staff capabilities in order to identify requirements and raise requisitions according to the PR/PO policy and rules of business. You will lead the processing team and its operational deliverable and support the employee's development and build engagement and foster collaboration across the team.
