What are we looking for?
Formal qualifications are not essential, however relevant experience is required, as is a proven track record of being able to deliver outstanding customer service is essential.
What will I be responsible for?
In a live environment optimise all programs of works maximising both Volume and best economic source principals reacting in a timely fashion to any internal or external unplanned events.
Provide timely communication to all stakeholders updates on planned solutions to program changes.
Support fleet, transport teams and weighbridge staff to ensure high levels of vehicle utilisation and low levels of haulier queries.
Ensure that that our internal and external customers receive the high levels of service and communication expected from the office and regional based distribution staff.
