What are we looking for?

They will specifically focus on Customer Service. Formal qualifications are not essential, however relevant experience is required, as is a proven track record of being able to deliver outstanding customer service. They would be responsible for the receipt of customer orders, and accurate input of orders into the appropriate computer systems. Monitoring the progress of orders and working closely with transport planners to ensure customers are kept informed at all times. Carry out daily administrative tasks in line with the Customer Service Coordinator role.

Applicants should be ambitious, enthusiastic, self-motivated and able to contribute towards our continued success; as well as helping us develop the business in a fast-moving and challenging environment. Experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
