Training and development opportunities
What are we looking for?To play an active part in maintaining a strong SHE culture within the
laboratory and wider business. To provide a timely and accurate process
for determining result data with excellent communication, to help Plant
Aligned Technicians to facilitate production changes if necessary. To be
proficient in testing aggregate and asphalt products in line with
recognised national and internal standards, ensuring compliance with
internal quality systems and procedures is maintained. To maintain
laboratory equipment in calibration and a serviceable condition reporting
any defects in the process.Maintain strict control of records for traceability
and report any abnormalities through the non-conformance reporting
process in a timely manner. Log and report all test results using the
appropriate technical reporting system (Lastrada), maintaining capability
to supply trends as required.Roles and responsibilities will be determined
through the technical competency tool, enabling clear progression
opportunities to develop new skills.
