An opportunity has arisen for an Electrical Technican to join our Packing Plant team. The role is an integral and critical part in the operation at Tunstead’s Packing Plant facility.
The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking and managing plant maintenance to ensure high reliability of packer feed systems, packers (paper and plastic) and out-feed system including palletisers. In addition to this, they will have the ability to plan and schedule maintenance on the packing equipment and ensure the ongoing availability of refurbished spares.
They will also be required to assist their team members in all aspects of plant operation as the needs of the business require. Although this will mainly be a Mon – Fri role, you will need to be flexible, as some out-of-hours work may be necessary. The role will also be included on the department’s call out rota to support the shift teams as required.
