An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Contracts Manager at Agecroft THS, the role will include -
Providing leadership, guidance and direction to the region, ensuring that all stated objectives, aims and targets of the contract associated projects are fully achieved.
To provide Client interface and lead on the implementation of resource necessary to deliver the business unit strategic plan.
The manager will support and work with the local contract and national teams to develop and maximise financial budgets, ensuring full compliance with business policies and procedures, whilst driving best practice and continuous improvement and delivery of contract KPI’s.
Largely qualified by experience relating to industry standard
Managerial Experience – proven management experience, ideally within the Temporary Traffic Management industry.
Skills & Knowledge
- Product / Service Technical Knowledge
- Health & Safety qualified to: IOSH managing safety.
- SSSTS certificated
- IT Literate Word Excel, Project, PowerPoint and Google Chrome, Auto CAD/brics CAD, CONE drawing packages.
- Operational technical Knowledge
- Estimating / Costing
- Company Procedures & QA Requirements
- Proven Management experience
- Ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Effective communication skills
- Working knowledge Ch. 8 part 1,2,3, current interim DfT advice notes, TSRGD 2016, Safety of Streetworks & Roadworks Code of Practice.
- Preferably qualified to NHSS 12A/12B Foreman &/or TSCO, NHSS 12D M6 &/or M7.
- Competent Traffic Management Designers
