An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Distribution Supervisor to work with the South Logistics Team and deliver the continued development and management of the distribution teams at Hendy.
You will specifically focus on ensuring the highest level of customer service, order integrity amd transport planning is maintained; ensure high levels of integration between distribution and other departments; identify, research and implement training programs; handle the effective investigation and resolution of complaints and queries; evaluate & manage the team and guide on individual developmental needs; define, develop and implement distribution procedures.
We would expect the successful candidate to have skills and knowledge including being customer service focussed; KPI driven; excellent communication skills; problem analysis and solving ability; decision making skills; time management & delegation skills.
The successful candidate would also ideally have supervisory skills; knowledge of SAP, training experience and experience in working in a fast paced and changing environment.
