An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Asphalt Surfacing Supervisor to work in the Contracting business.
It will specifically focus on the management of paving crews including people, plant and materials. Their overall objective is to liaise with company and client to ensure successful completion of the works programme.
We would expect the successful candidate to be experienced in Asphalt Surfacing preferably at team leader / foreperson level looking for their next challenge. They should have the ability to work efficiently and effectively to deliver to deadlines to ensure client satisfaction.
They would have a strong background within Highways/Surfacing, ambitious in nature and a desire for career development. As you will be responsible for managing major surfacing contracts within the region, we would also anticipate the successful candidate to be motivated to achieve results and work collaboratively to achieve the company performance measures.
